“We had a ball! Both Laura & I created memories that will last us a lifetime.” -Jenny Martin, Eco Beach Sea Turtles, WA

“Just a quick email to say a very big thank you for letting Clare be part of such an amazing day. Clare said it was fantastic, and found it so enjoyable – and I’m sure it will help her in increasing her knowledge and understanding of the bandicoots. Thanks too for recognising her birthday Travis, it was an incredibly thoughtful thing to do, so both her and I thank you very much.”– Lesley-Ann and Clare Wilson, Bandicoot Break, VIC

“What a privilege it has been to work with the Eastern Barred Bandicoots at ‘Woodlands’ Melbourne. The day begins with a talk of the history of how this project came about. We then get hands-on with the Ranger, Travis. This includes checking the traps and assisting with the release of the bandicoots after checking the health and sex of the animal. I have been involved with these special little mammals for some years now. This is a great day out to learn about one of our native mammals who need us to support their ongoing survival.” –Barb Annison, Bandicoot Break, Vic

“We would like to thank you both for the absolutely wonderful camping experience. We appreciate you sharing your knowledge and experience with us, and we have learned so much from the two of you. The trip is definitely a top highlight of our Australian trip, and we felt so pampered throughout the two days we spent with you. Obviously, you have done a lot of preparation work beforehand so that the whole trip is smooth and trouble-free. Great company, great scenery, great food, what more can one ask for!?” -Mark & Susan Zau, Hong Kong, Tidbinbilla Private Camping Safari, ACT

“The most positive aspect of the trip for me was seeing the turtles for the first time. It was incredible to see the mother turtles come up the beach, dig and then lay the eggs.” – Adam NSW, Eco Beach Sea Turtles, Broome, WA

“This Naturewise program was a wonderful introduction to the Grampians. Mount Zero olives and the Aboriginal art sites were so beautiful. I would definitely come back again!” -Debbie, Grampians and Little Desert National Park, VIC

“I had an amazing experience and would like to congratulate Conservation Volunteers on its research on the Flatback Turtles in Western Australia and for putting together this incredible program which allows volunteers to be in involved in a very hands-on way.” -Shameela, Eco Beach Sea Turtles, Broome, WA
